Encompassing both VETDSS (VET Delivered to Secondary Schools) and Adult Education, these nationally accredited courses have been developed to provide students with a qualifications across a range of industries.

From Hairdressing to Early Childhood Education to Animal Care and more, FLC offers a wide range of course options that provide students with the knowledge and skills to continue their vocational study journey or confidently move into the workforce.

The Early Intervention & Re-Engagement programs were established to meet the needs of students in the early years of secondary school who are disengaged, at risk of disengagement or have low attendance rates at their mainstream school.

Encompassing a range of programs that are tailored to support students aged from 13 – 16 years of age, these programs aim to develop the student’s sense of self-worth, social wellbeing, build resilience and encourage engagement in a consistent and nurturing environment. With a dedicated group of staff, the Early Intervention and Re-Engagement programs work to support students through their early high school years.

Juniper College, Foundation Learning Centre’s Independent Specialist School, provides a personalised, wrap-around model of education that supports both learning and wellbeing.

Offering the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) and VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM), the school combines small classes, tailored support, strong family partnerships and practical learning experiences to help young people reconnect with education, build confidence and achieve their goals. As a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming school, Juniper College works alongside each student to create meaningful pathways into further education, training and employment, ensuring every young person feels supported, valued and capable of success.

Juniper College has campuses in Narre Warren and Frankston, and operates independently to FLC.

Our community programs are designed to help people from all walks of life gain meaningful skills and community connection.

Offering a wide range of career and skill building courses, social groups and a comprehensive EAL program, our Community Education programs offer students the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills that will support them in everyday life, moving into the workforce and provide a pathway into further education.
